Our goods will be delivered to anywhere in the World, as long as the Post Office can be sent to the place where we can send.
We will ship the item(s) within 2 business days after the payment is completed.
We only ship the item(s) to the address listed in PayPal/ Alipay account, unless prior notice (via email to eshop@momax.net / remark on order form).
Please provide FULL shipping address(with state/ province, postal code, country, etc) to avoid loss of items or postal failure.
All items are directly shipped out from Hong Kong using International Registered Air Mail via Hong Kong Post Office with Tracking Number. (For Hong Kong local, Macau and Guangdong of China, the item(s) will ship out using Registered Surface Mail.)
Normally, the shipment may take 7-14 business days to your address. (For Hong Kong Local, the shipment may take 2-3 business days.)
We will send an email notification to you after the goods has been sent out.
If you still have not received the goods after 14 business days, please email to eshop@momax.net to inform us to follow up.

Customers who would like to return product(s) for repair, replacement or refund, please contact us with email to eshop@momax.net .
In order to arrange replacements or refund, Customers should return the damaged products with packing materials and purchase invoice to us for investigation. Items for refund must be shipped back to us with 30 days upon receipt of products.
After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.
